Our punch-out team works with you to mark any areas needing attention before closing. Then, 48 hours before closing, you’ll conduct a final walkthrough to verify that all repairs have been completed.

Third-Party Inspections

We require that all our homes undergo a third-party inspection. Semi-Custom Selections

If you purchase a home or lot before it's finished, we invite you to make it your own through our five-phase selection process. At each stage of your home’s progress, you’ll choose from a range of options—at no extra charge—allowing you to personalize your home without affecting the final price.

No Markup on Upgrades

If you choose to upgrade any commit to transparency by not marking up the cost of your selected upgrades.
