In 2006, Will Grant started with a big dream — to build exceptional homes defined by quality and attention to detail. That dream quickly became reality. Today, CRM BUILT is a trusted name in many of the Springfield area’s premier communities, including Hickory Hills, Forest Trails, Wicklow, Wild Horse, Meadowood, Fremont Hills, Tuscany Hills, and more.
Alongside Will, his wife Tiffany and her design team at Stately Gray blend craftsmanship and creativity to design spaces that feel both elevated and personal. Inspired each day to build a home for a family they may not yet know, their goal is simple: create a place where every detail is loved, and every house truly feels like home.
